Ethann Castell, MBA, is an Agile Coach, Entrepreneur, and Author whose innovation, compassion and tenacity have earned him a reputation as a service-centred leader. Over the span of a decade, he has cultivated extensive experience in the innovation arena across various industries. To date, he has authored several books, and his writings are featured in prominent publications like Wired and The Huffington Post. As the proud founder of The School Of Innovation, Ethann is on a lifelong mission to help companies harness in-depth mastery of creativity and innovation through a no-nonsense approach.

When he isn’t empowering companies, you can find this strategic agilist travelling across the globe (he has ventured to 40 countries and counting), going on outdoor adventures, or spending quality time with his lovely wife. He is also a coffee aficionado and voracious reader.
